High Warlord :Responsible for Promoting Grunts to Champions (raid ready), gear checking, and Arranging raid invites.
Warlord : Advisors to warchief on all important guild matters
Champion: Trusted and Raid ready
Grunt : Trusted member proven to be an asset to the guild.
Peon: Trial member,
